B + W met on April 21st, 2018 at Tchoup Yard, one of their favorite bars. They were both meeting friends when Will spotted Bettina at the next table over. In the most Will way, he asked Bettina if she was from Manila. Bettina was pleasantly surprised and impressed, but she'd find out over the next 7 years that Will will guess every server, Uber driver, and stranger with an accent's country of origin.
Will told Bettina about his 4 dogs, spilled her drink on her, laughed, and called her Bonita. Maybe HE had the je ne sais quoi that made her fall in love with him.
That's life! In each other we found a tennis partner, forever wedding date, travel companion and best friend.
Our seven years together have taken us to many places. From our first trip to Austin, TX, to our last trip to Tokyo, Japan-- we love to explore, eat, and walk 20,000 steps as long as we're together. We can't wait to have you all with us on our next big adventure!

POV: rainwater is up to your ankles and your phone is going off with flash flood warnings. That was the day Will proposed to Bettina. With the help of friends and family, Will surprised Bettina at City Park while the rain stopped for a brief moment. Bettina thought they were helping their friend with a project, but little did she know, Will was planning a proposal for months, followed by an engagement party at the bar where they met with their families and closest friends.
